Delivery times
f the desired article is physically in stock, delivery shall be carried out within 5 – 7 working days. If the desired article is not physically in stock, the delivery time is subject to the manufacturer’s delivery time (importer, wholesaler, etc.). If the delivery time exceeds the statutory delivery time of 30 days, the customer shall be informed by phone or email.

In case of subsequent delivery, shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

The price and performance risk shall pass to the customer as soon as the merchandise leaves the plant/warehouse of Vicon GmbH or directly leaves the plant/warehouse of the supplier of Vicon GmbH.

Freight and shipping charges in case of delivery in Austria:

Die Nachnahmegebühr beträgt zur Zeit € 3,50 Fracht- und Versandkosten bei Lieferung in Österreich und € 8,40 Fracht- und Versandkosten bei Lieferung in Deutschland:  Für Lieferungen nach Deutschland wird eine Versandgebühr von € 8,4 erhoben.

Freight and shipping charges in case of delivery in another EU country:

Delivery in foreign countries only with advance payment or credit card. In case of delivery in another EU country, the international standard freight charges of the Österreichischen Post AG are invoiced.

Freight and shipping charges in case of delivery in non-EU countries as well as express deliveries and delivery by EMS only on demand.

In case of delivery in non-EU countries, all possible customs and import duties shall be paid by the consignee. Vicon GmbH does not assume any responsibility for the products to comply with the national regulations and directives outside the EU.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the consumer as soon as the delivery item is handed over to the consumer or to any other third party designated by him, other than the carrier. If the consumer concluded the contract of carriage by himself, however, without taking into consideration our proposed selection, the transfer of risk shall take place once the goods are handed out to the carrier.
